What is Supported Employment?
At Southeast Enterprises, supported employment means providing meaningful, paid work for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with the supports they need to be successful. Our employees take on real tasks like packaging, assembly, and kitting, while building skills that help them thrive at work and in everyday life.

Supported employment is about more than just the job. It helps people grow confidence, independence, and pride in what they accomplish. It allows them to be fully involved in the community, make lasting friendships, and contribute in a meaningful way through the work they do every day.
